Richard Frede builds quality custom homes. We can't say enough good things about this company, they are Profession,easy to get along with and pay attention to every last detail. If we had to do it all over again, we would not hesitate to call them to build another home for us. How many builders can you say that about. Frede also got great reviews from our city inspectors. They were very impressed by the level of detail and quality of there work.
