To secure a reservation we require valid credit card information, keeping in mind seven (7) days notice for a change or cancellation on room reservations is required. We also require your time of arrival.
Room reservations made within 7 days of your arrival date are considered firm and non-refundable.
Avoiding Cancellation Charges
Providing seven days notice for changes or cancellations will eliminate all charges. If you must cancel within the seven day period leading up to your reservation please give us as much notice as possible.
We will do all we can to re-book your room. If we are successful, there will be no charge.
We are a small boutique-style accomodation and do not overbook rooms. Your room is guaranteed; as a consequence we must pursue a strict policy in respect to cancellations.
Booking for large parties, wedding or special events require a one month cancellation. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Please understand that last minute cancellation of large parties greatly affects small properties.

We kindly ask all of our guests to inform the host of their arrival time. We arrange our schedules around these times.
Late check out option:
You may stay up to 2 p.m. for an additional fee of $25. You may check out and leave your baggage free of charge.
Early Check in option:
Preparing the house for new guest arrivals is an all-day job. We are a small accommodation provider and we have limited staff. We can check your baggage, show you where your room is located and give you a key as early as 11am; however, the room may not be available for occupancy until 3pm. We offer this service so you may make plans for the day and not worry about being back for a specific check in time.
If booking for a wedding and you need to have your room early to get ready, you must arrange a time with your host at time of booking. There is a charge for this service as we need more staff in order to accommodate this request.
