Please read the following policies prior to making your reservation, as you agree to the terms and conditions set below upon booking. 

To Make a Reservation

A credit card number with an expiry date and security code (three digits on back of your card) as well as a contact phone number and email address are required to confirm a reservation. VISA,  MasterCard, and Debit Cards are all accepted. You may pay cash in person however, a valid credit card is required on file to secure your room.

 

Please note there is a $25 non-refundable admin fee for all bookings. We take this fee upfront at time of booking. The balance of your room is charged on day of departure. Should you decrease the number of nights of the original reservation during your stay you still need to provide us 72 hours notice or the full amount of the original reservation is charged to your account.

To Cancel a Reservation

Please read carefully before booking!

We understand life is unpredictable and sometimes plans change. We are a small property and cancelations effect us significantly, therefore we must adhere to a firm cancelation policy. Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Once we reserve the suite for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests.

**In the event of a cancellation of your reservation, more than 72 hours prior to arrival date will not be charged for the reservation but the booking admin fee of $25 still applies.

**If a cancellation of a reservation occurs less the 72 hours prior to arrival date the full amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card.

Large groups, weddings, and long term reservation cancelation is discussed with the host and terms set on individual basis.

We endeavour to provide rooms as reserved by our guests. However, in the event the room you have selected is not available for any reason, a room of equal or greater value will be provided to our guests at no extra cost. We reserve the right to move your reservation within the same class of room or higher. Room decor and prices are subject to change without notice.

Check In

 

Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m.to 7:00 pm Important to note: 4 to 7 pm is a suggested time. Please provide your desired check in time when booking so we can make arrangements as required. Arrangements can be made for early check-ins and late checkout for an addition fee of $25. Any reservation checking in before 4pm is charged as early check in fee with the exception of pre-arranged bag drop off. Bag drop off is best between 11-12am.

For those who are travelling via plane, train, or require special arrangements to drop off bags prior to set check-in time, please contact your host for available times as limitations apply.

We like to greet as many guests as possible in person, however we can arrange a self check-in option for those arriving after normal check-in hours (no check-in time restrictions). We will inform you of the self check-in process by phone and email at time of booking prior to your arrival. 

Check Out

 

We ask that Check-out time is by 11am the night after your stay.

If you wish to stay with us a little longer (2pm) we are happy to accommodate your request. This is an additional $25 charge.

Breakfast

 

All of our menu features are prepared from fresh ingredients with an emphasis placed on locally grown season produce, meats, and dairy. Each breakfast option is made to order - please allow time to prepare.

On weekdays breakfast is from 7:30 - 9:30am.

On weekends breakfast is from 9:00 - 10:30am.

There are four Breakfast options for those who have special requests

  1. Self Catered (Make your own): Our guest kitchen is stocked with a selection of breakfast items; coffee and tea are always ready to go.
  2. Breakfast to go: Made the night before - wrapped and ready to go! (Selected items only).
  3. In-Room Breakfast: Treat yourself to an intimate breakfast served in the privacy of your room with a featured menu. *Additional cost of $35 for two persons.*
  4. Special breakfast times: Special breakfast times can be made with your host for an additional charge.

 

Damages

 

Damages incurred to the Inn and /or your Suite during your stay, i.e. furnishings, overflowing of a tub or Jacuzzi, stained bed linens or towels, broken glass, burn marks, water damage, wax, carpet stains, stains from Rose petals, massage oils, damages from pets, blood chocolate and food etc. will be charged to your credit card on file ~ we determine the charges which are non-negotiable and might vary depending on the actions taken ~ i.e. the need of a plumber, dry cleaning, total replacement of an item, carpet cleaner, carpenter. If we are able to remove the stains you are responsible for the extra cleaning cost associated with the damages caused and the time it look to repair the room to the original condition.

Smoking

 

Absolutely No Smoking Inside. However designated outdoor smoking areas are available. There will be a $500.00 refurbishing fee if any signs of smoking in your Suite are detected. There is no smoking allowed on guest balcony.

Pets & Children

We are open to pets, but please call to inquire because some restrictions may apply.

 

Children of all ages are welcome at the guest house.

 

Gift Certificates

 

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
