Can you have guests over?

A.

All non registered guests must check in with the host. We need to know all parties on site at all times for safety reasons as well as Fire Code Regulations.

We are happy to have all members of the family. We just ask that everyone respect the privacy and comfort of all guests during their.

Do you allow pets?

We do our best to accommodate most pet requests as we know they are a valued part of every family. Please inquire.

What is the Cancelation Policy?

A.

In the event of a cancellation of your reservation, we require 72 hours notice by EMAIL. We will follow up with an email confirmation of your cancellation. We must confirm the receipt of your email in order to process your request. If we receive less than 72 hours notice, we will do our best to rebook the room. If the room is not re-booked, the agreed upon charges will be applied.

Do you charge our credit card the day of booking?

No we do not charge your card the day of booking. We take your valid credit card to secure your room. Your card is charged the ay of departure. If you do not follow cancelation rules your card is charged. See Reservation and Cancellation Policy.

Do you require a credit card to secure a Reservation?

Yes we require a valid credit card to book a room. Reserve a room here.

Do you allow smoking?

A.

Smoking is permitted outside only. Norfolk Guest House is a non smoking facility. There is a restoration charge of $500 charged to your credit card should you smoke inside the house.

Do you have onsite parking?

A.

All rooms are Queen size beds. We do not have any rooms that have King beds at the moment.
Yes, online we have space for one car per room, and is complimentary.

Do you have a room with 2 beds?

We have one room with two beds - The Penthouse suite.

What do you serve for breakfast?

A.

There are a variety of healthy options to choose from our menu. A sample item would be poached eggs on multigrain toast with centre cut bacon. Served with seasonal fruit, coffee, tea and juice. We can accommodate gluten free and vegetarian but not vegan. If you have other food sensitivities you may bring your own food and we can substitute it on our breakfast for you.

Is breakfast included with your room?

There is no additional charge for breakfast if you are a guest at Norfolk Guest House.

Can we invite someone to join us for breakfast?

A.

Yes,  you can invite someone at an addition cost of $15 per person. You will need to arrange with the host the night before.

What are your breakfast hours?

A.

Breakfast during the week is served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am and on weekends from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Holidays and special event days are arranged by the host.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for multiple night stays, Homewood clients, Hospital visitors and patients, corporate clients. Please inquire at time of booking.

What size are the beds?

All rooms are Queen size beds. We do not have any rooms that have King beds at the moment.

Do you have a restaurant?

A.

We are not a full service restaurant. We serve Breakfast only. We are a five minute walk from downtown where you can find a variety of great places to eat. See “ What to Do” for suggestions. We do recommend that you call ahead to reserve a table on the weekends.
